The front office staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location and price were perfect for our needs, and the hotel catered well to our party people lifestyle.

We had a pleasant stay in a conveniently located hotel. The park, convenience stores and mall were only a short walk away, as well as the US embassy for those who need it. The room was clean and the bathroom was well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast was satisfactory with a good selection of items to choose from. We also appreciated the in-room safety box and free Wi-Fi.

The gym was quite limited in terms of equipment.

Great location, walking distance to clinic, shopping and restaurants. Comfortable and clean rooms, polite room service. Value for money.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manila and had a generally positive experience. The location was very convenient as it was close to the embassy, making it easy for me to handle my official business. being near the mall and a nearby convenience store made it convenient for me to shop and grab any essentials. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel staff provided good service, and the breakfast selection was satisfactory. The view from my room was not amazing, but I didn't mind as I spent most of the day exploring the city.

The hotel seemed to have limited facilities, as I noticed that the bar, jacuzzi, and pool table were not functional without prior request.

This hotel is great value for money, with excellent prices for rooms with two queen beds and a kitchenette. The location is in the right area, with grocery stores nearby, and the staff provide good service. The Filipino & European breakfast with freshly made omelettes is included in the rate.

The room is quite basic and needs some upgrading, particularly the air conditioning. the noise from the street and the nearby function room was disturbing at night and interrupted our New Year celebration as well.

I recently stayed at Lotus Garden Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Lotus were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure my happiness. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel recently underwent a major remodeling, and the new management has truly made a positive impact. The value for the price is exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the Deluxe Room.

I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet at Lotus was amazing! The variety of delicious foods served left me satisfied every morning. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. Although the internet wasn't great and construction noise could be heard, overall I would recommend this hotel.
