I must say, we got amazing value for our money at this beautiful and brand new hotel. The room exceeded our expectations with its comfortable bed and high-quality sheets and towels. The location was great, although we did need to rent a scooter to get around. The staff treated us like family, offering complimentary snacks upon our return and even doing our laundry, which came back smelling incredibly fresh and nice. we had a wonderful and unique stay thanks to Mandala Tribe.

As for breakfast options, it would have been nice to have more variety.

We just left today and loved our stay at the treehouse in San Juan. It was a unique experience staying in the jungle. The treehouse was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped. The location was great, close to everything in San Juan. We rented motorbikes from the helpful receptionist. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helped us with motorcycle rental. They even provided afternoon snacks and juice, which was a lovely treat. The accommodation had a cool jungle ambiance. a really relaxing and secluded experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The treehouses and outdoor bathrooms were beautiful and unique. We loved the private and clean Balinese style bathroom in our cute bungalow. The loft bedroom had a relaxing atmosphere. Good WiFi and delicious breakfast served to our room. The staff were amazing and provided unexpected complimentary snacks. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. , we could easily rent a scooter from the reception.

The shower was located outside and we had to take cold showers, which was a bit uncomfortable. Another downside was that the rooms were quite close to each other, and we could hear everything.

The rooms are clean and brand new, with comfortable beds and beautiful balconies overlooking the garden. The showers may not have hot water, but with the island's warm climate, it's not a big deal.

We had a great time at Mandala Tribe Treehouses during our four-day stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed the free snacks and the option to rent a scooter from the hotel to explore the beautiful island. The treehouse and garden were stunning, with a cute swing and a clean and cozy atmosphere. The open shower was a unique touch and the room upstairs was brand new with a lovely balcony. a wonderful experience and we will definitely return.
