I recently stayed at a resort in Moalboal and had a wonderful time. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool at Marcosas Cottages Resort. My family and I had a blast going down the slide and enjoying the spacious pool area. The resort also offers a delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start our days. The location was convenient, with a diving center and the sea nearby. We could easily take a motortaxi to the center and shopping mall. The cottages were clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the uncomfortable beds and loud air conditioner, overall I would highly recommend Marcosas Cottages Resort for a pleasant stay in Moalboal.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside the bustling center, away from the busy Pinagsama Beach area, but close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and all the necessary amenities like AC, cable TV, and a fridge. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing great service throughout your stay. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast, with options like American or Filipino style, and the onsite restaurant serves fantastic meals, including a mouthwatering Thai curry. One of the highlights is the pool area, perfect for relaxation.

The road leading to the hotel can be a bit bumpy and uncomfortable to drive on.

We had a great weekend getaway in a cozy little cottage. the highlight of our stay was the refreshing pool and the fun slide that my kids absolutely loved. the breakfast was tasty and satisfying, especially to start off a busy day. the location was ideal, not too close to the busy areas, but within walking distance to some great restaurants and night venues. We also hired snorkeling gear nearby and enjoyed a day underwater discovering some of the local fauna.

Some of the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. Although they were not rude, they lacked the warm friendliness that we are used to in the Philippines.
