The staff were kind and welcoming, the beachfront villa was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious! the location was perfect , just a short 5, minute walk to the stunning Nacpan Beach/Twin Beach and away from the crowded town. the lady who managed the resort was top, notch, ensuring we had an enjoyable holiday and providing helpful information.

The pricing was way too high for what was offered, with unfinished construction and strange room designs. the hot water maker didn't work, and there was no coffee provided.

I always return for my stay. Staff found my lost necklace. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour security, Welcome drink, Massage service, Beach access. Air conditioning, Non-smoking rooms. Returning for Christmas.

Arriving at the resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique kitsch design and the peaceful Nacpan area. However, the unexpected power outages made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel.

Our trip was for relaxation, and we stayed for a week at a charming resort resembling Disneyworld. the rooms were spacious and colorful, set amidst lush gardens that added to the enchanting atmosphere. the friendly and accommodating staff enhanced our experience, and we eagerly anticipate the opening of the on-site restaurant. Dining options along the beautiful beach provided a delightful experience.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
