We had an enjoyable visit to this hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel's location was ideal, with the museum just a short distance away and the Robinsons supermarket conveniently situated nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and having access to a variety of dining options at Robinsons. The hotel also provided a cozy lobby where we could relax with a cup of coffee from the nearby Starbucks.

The hotel could improve on their breakfast options by offering more variety, including options like greens and fruits.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tarlac and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. Situated right in the heart of the city, it was so convenient for exploring the area and accessing various attractions. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast included in the room rate was a great bonus, offering a decent selection to start our day off right.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and well-maintained room. the hotel is situated near a mall and a popular coffee shop, making it a great starting point for exploring the city. the front desk staff provided excellent service with a warm welcome, and the room was sparkling clean and tidy. the beds were also comfortable and equipped with soft linens and fluffy pillows, perfect for a good night's rest.

Breakfast included coffee, water, and variety of beverages. Clean rooms, efficient staff, and polite service. Eco-friendly with water conservation and zero-waste toiletries. Convenient location for events. Quiet garden for relaxation.

During my stay at Microtel Tarlac, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of the staff. One day, while I was working on my laptop in the lounge area, a staff member brought a fan and turned it on specifically for me, ensuring my comfort. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued as a guest.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the water in the tap coming out brown colored one morning and limited restaurant choices due to curfew, these were outweighed by the positive experiences with the staff.
