Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a centrally located area. The spacious and quiet room, which was part of a newly renovated section, consisted of two bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The large excellent shower in the beautifully tiled bathroom was a real bonus. The hotel's facilities were great, including good air conditioning and private parking behind the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with the historic center and great shops within easy walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to the tram stop for a quick ride to the railway station.

our stay at bristol was incredible. the staff made us feel relaxed, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the restaurant food was excellent. we loved how close it was to the town center and the easy walk to restaurants and shops. we will definitely be coming back!

Balcony door barely worked.

Free secure parking in garage, spacious room with bar fridge, friendly staff, good restaurant and service, quiet room with comfy bed. Separate parking entrance from main entrance. Accidentally left suitcase in garage, hotel staff recovered it. Very big room, old and new building, mix-up with room key but got clean and comfortable room in the end. Upgraded to renovated room with balcony and jacuzzi bath for extra cost. Family of four had spacious quadruple room with separate bedroom and spa bathroom. Convenient location for Tour de France.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The room we stayed in was beautiful and had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge and a small balcony. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower and bath. The service provided by the staff was professional and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had the chance to try the food at the hotel restaurant, and it was very good. The hotel itself was very quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of the historic center and there were plenty of shops and other amenities nearby.

breakfast was underwhelming

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location. the lobby had a charming old-fashioned feel and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a separate shower area and a fantastic bathtub. the room had plenty of electrical outlets, a new TV, and beautiful flowers in a flower box by the window. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced dinner at the restaurant and found the breakfast buffet to be satisfying. it was a lovely experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to give us advice and recommendations. The meals at the hotel were excellent, especially dinner in one of their dining rooms. The variety of choices and the extensive wine list made our dining experience unforgettable. Additionally, the hotel had its own parking area, which made it convenient for us to park our car within the hotel grounds. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, delicious meals, and helpful advice.

Just outside of the hotel, with a clean comfy room and a great bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Helpful friendly staff and great dinner and breakfast too. Easy ten-minute ride to the railway station.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location close to the city center. The newly renovated room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large excellent shower. The staff, especially Mme Caroline, were very friendly and helpful. The private parking behind the hotel was a bonus. The hotel's perfect location allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants.

We only stayed one night, passing through so can't comment on the location, but it seemed to be close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The room was large and the bathroom incredible. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was good, but wish we had ventured out elsewhere for dinner. The hotel went out of its way to provide me with gluten-free options, including bread, cereals, rolls, and cakes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adapting each dish to my dietary needs. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and major attractions.

the perfect base to explore Mulhouse and beyond, Bristol made our stay unforgettable. The convenient location allowed us to easily visit Freiburg, Belfort, Colmar, Strasbourg, and Basel. Comfortable beds, ample parking, and delicious breakfasts added to the delightful experience. The attentive staff quickly resolved a minor heating issue. We can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel.
