the hotel, New Coast Hotel, was conveniently located within a short walk to a mall and the U.S. embassy. the room I stayed in, on the 15th floor, was spacious and well-equipped with comfortable furniture and plenty of storage space. the bed was also very comfortable, with a choice of pillows. the bathroom was large and well-lit, and the amenities provided were above and beyond. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the gym was impressive with its range of equipment. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The spacious and well-lit rooms were extremely comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. the highlight was the big bathtub and the hot jacuzzi in the pool area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. the location near the US embassy was perfect for our needs, especially when we had an appointment there. the staff, particularly Sheena at check-in and Yza and her team at breakfast, went above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests. We also had a great experience with Chef Cezar and the friendly staff at the Chameleon Lounge. the bustling area felt safe, and we appreciated the proximity to the Pedro Gil LRT station and Robinsons Place shopping mall.

The New Coast Manila Hotel offers a plethora of entertainment options, including casinos, clubs, pools, and gyms. The diverse cuisine options are outstanding, with dishes representing various countries. The friendly and welcoming staff, especially the front desk, provided excellent service. The spacious rooms, reminiscent of older hotels, offer stunning views of the pool and central Manila.

I just had an incredible stay at a hotel in the Philippines. the staff was unbelievably polite and respectful, always ensuring that the rooms were clean and providing exceptional customer service. the food in the restaurants was delicious, and I especially loved the VIP lounge on level 8 for breakfast, offering a beautiful view and a quieter atmosphere. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a casino for those interested. As a backpacker, I loved the friendly and welcoming staff who made my stay at the New World hotel in Manila truly memorable. The concierge department, especially Cath and Pau, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The personal touch they added was remarkable.

The Christmas stay was incredible! the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, perfect for starting the day. the service was exceptional, with polite and friendly staff, especially Mr Erickson who went above and beyond to meet our needs. the location was convenient, being near Robinsons Manila and not too far from Mall of Asia. the hotel provided great value for the money.

Although the check-in process was a bit late, causing some of our relatives to miss the pool timings, the hotel sincerely apologized and offered us a free late check-out the next day. This compensation made up for the inconvenience and showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The steam room and pool are great. The gym and pool staff are friendly. Excellent breakfast and hot coffee. Whirlpool outside is a bit hot. Facilities are working and neat.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was large and comfortable with a stunning view of Manila Bay. The location was convenient, close to a mall and Manila Ocean Park. The hotel services, including the health club and spa area, were excellent.
