Excellent service from attentive staff made our stay pleasant.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at New Coast Hotel. The gym was extremely outdated, and many of the facilities, including the pool, were under renovation without prior notice. The cleanliness in certain areas, especially the hallways, was lacking, which detracted from the overall experience.

The friendly staff made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality. I was particularly impressed when they catered perfectly to my dining preferences, especially at breakfast with an amazing variety of dishes to choose from! !

Unfortunately, the public areas felt impersonal. I was disappointed with the constant reminders of outstanding bills during my stay—it detracted from the relaxing experience I was hoping for, and the security checks were a bit excessive.

The staff's warm hospitality truly stood out. they were eager to help with any requests and made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions!

my stay at new coast hotel was so nice! the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. loved having a comfy room with an amazin view of manila bay, and the breakfast was really good too! also, shoutout to the concierge team, they helped book our tours and gave great suggestions. it's close to some cool attractions like intramuros so we could explore easily!

but the elevators were kinda slow since only 3 outta 4 were working. also, some areas of the hotel felt a bit outdated.

I had a good time during my stay. The ambiance felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. I appreciated the bottomless coffee and tea that greeted me upon my arrival. The staff provided friendly and efficient service throughout my time there. Being from Rome, I value hospitality, and they delivered it well. I enjoyed my time and would consider returning.

the service was exceptional. especially the staff at the lounge, like hazel and vangie! breakfast was a delight with a buffet featuring both western and asian dishes. the room service was also very efficient.

The views from our room were awesome! And the location was great, so close to restaurants including a tasty Arabic spot. Also, the staff, Aira and Hannah, treated us like royalty, exceptional service for sure!
