We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. The views from our room were breathtaking and we could even open the windows for a refreshing breeze. The female receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel was truly exceptional. The location could not have been better, as it was just across the street from the beautiful beach. I loved being able to easily access the beach and enjoy the stunning views of the sea. Additionally, having the metro nearby made it extremely convenient for exploring the city and visiting the city center.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel's prime location, excellent service, and variety of amenities make it the perfect choice for a memorable trip.

Despite receiving two lovely complementary gifts from reception, Christmas at this hotel left much to be desired. The location was good, right across from the beach and with some nice restaurants within walking distance. However, the supposed "four-star" hotel lacked basic amenities such as a functioning air conditioning system, which left the room uncomfortably hot. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming.

The hotel used cheap materials, with damaged furniture and plastic floors. The bathroom had a strong smell and no ventilation.

The hotel is located slightly too far from everything, but it has an amazing location near the beach. The rooms are basic and small, but the front staff are very friendly. Additionally, the breakfast and breakfast staff were outstanding, providing a good start to the day.

The hotel lacks in-room amenities, such as an English-speaking TV channel and an iron that works properly.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Best. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, even going above and beyond to send back my daughter's forgotten toy. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beaches, shopping areas, and convenient transport links nearby. It was just a short walk to the Gothic part of the city, and the bus station and subway were easily accessible. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped.

I had a great stay at Hotel Best! The location was perfect for the event my partner and I attended, and it was conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. The staff were fantastic and always greeted us with a friendly hello. The room was a good size and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping it clean. The best part was the beach just across the road and the strip of restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. it was a good experience and I would recommend Hotel Best to others.
