I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff, especially Jordan, Glen, and Sha, were incredibly friendly and hospitable. the hotel's location is perfect, with a variety of cafes and restaurants just a stone's throw away. For the affordable price, you definitely get great value for your money. And for those who consider a sprayer/bidet essential, this hotel has it.

The lobby was clean, spacious, and well-lit, and the decor was updated. The hotel facilities were in good condition, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The location was also a plus, being close to central Cebu City. The free soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste were a nice touch, and the water pressure in the bathrooms was good. The kitchen and restaurant staff were perfect, catering to our preferences and providing delicious meals.

The Ns Royal Hotel in Cebu exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was excellent, with Mango Square and surrounding nightlife just a short distance away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and the fast WiFi was a great bonus. it was a fantastic experience.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The staff at Ns Royal Hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I couldn't find a ferry ticket to my destination, they called the ferry company for me and helped me secure one at the counter. They even coordinated with my Grab driver to ensure a smooth journey. I arrived safely at my destination thanks to their assistance.
