I recently stayed at a lovely cottage in a great location. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. One thing I really enjoyed was the well-maintained garden outside, filled with beautiful plants. I also found the male staff worker to be pleasant and accommodating throughout my stay. Additionally, the cottage had a TV and a nice equipped terrace, which was a great addition. The location was perfect, with several restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Paguia'S Cottages for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay.

Nothing could have been better.

Located within walking distance to the pier for trips to White Island and a few minutes drive to restaurants and a convenience store. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfy beds and plenty of towels. The property has a nice view of the mountains, well-kept gardens, and a shared kitchen with a free hot/cold water dispenser.

Some guests experienced difficulties in finding staff for simple queries.

The staff at Paguia's Cottages are very hospitable and friendly. They provided extra towels, blankets free of charge and allowed us to check-in earlier without a fuss. The room is clean, spacious, and the beds are comfy. There is uninterrupted power supply with a reliable generator on standby. Highly recommendable and surely we will come back.
