I enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the excellent spa facilities with a semi-olympic pool. improvements are needed in terms of staff attitude, cleanliness, and respect ' privacy. the noise from events, breakfast quality, and inconsistencies with services such as towel taxes and serving food during events require attention for a better guest experience.

During our stay at the Hotel Triplets Family, my family and I were delighted by the excellent family-friendly amenities. the kids absolutely loved the spacious and clean pool area, which provided endless fun and relaxation for all of us. the staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that our family had a memorable and enjoyable experience.

My wife says that early access to the pool for families with children would enhance the overall experience.
