The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the SM mall. It made it so convenient for me to do some shopping and explore the city. The staff here were amazing, from the friendly and professional receptionists who went out of their way to help me with any questions I had, to the housecleaners who did a fantastic job keeping my room spotless. The comfortable bed and good shower with great heat and pressure were definitely highlights of my stay. And since I was there during Masskara, I even received a free tote bag! I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a great time at Park Inn. The location was perfect, right next to the mall and close to Manokan Country for delicious Chicken Inasal. The room size was just right and the pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a quiet and secluded swimming pool area. It was also convenient to have a major shopping complex connected to the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay.

Although I enjoyed my stay, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast options were not up to par with other Radisson hotels.

Amazing location connected to a mall. Reception and housecleaners were super friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, good shower, and a free tote bag during Masskara. Excellent customer service, especially from Ms. Karla. Security made me feel safe. Pool time was awesome and breakfast was like being with family. Clean and new property with great amenities. Perfect for a stay in Bacolod!

The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The room was nice and comfortable, with a big, comfy bed. The hotel's location was great, being just a short walk away from a popular shopping mall.

There were issues with noise from other guests, especially families with young children who were loud and running around the hallways at night. It was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.
