Convenience & accessibility, check-in & check-out process, musty smell

the grounds could use a little work, and the tv channels are basic. i woudl ve been much happier if someone had mentioned the hot tub wasn’t usable. also, no complimentary gestures for a distinguished guest like myself? appalling service! all of this combined means i just couldn’t give a better review, sadly.

Unit is in serious need of upgrades!!! Water stains on ceilings, damaged walls, and broken cabinets are quite the eyesore!!! Additionally, the sauna looks old and dirty. it’s time for a refresh!!!

the setting at ponds at foxhollow is breathtaking. staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. the laundry facilities are convenient, which is a plus after a long day. it’s a perfect spot to explore art venues nearby.

bathrooms could use some upgrades. and maybe softer pillows.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment had beautiful grounds that felt like a secret garden! The indoor swimming pool was a highlight, especially after a chilly day exploring the Berkshires. I adored having the deck overlooking the pond for my morning coffee. it was the perfect peaceful retreat!

This place is a proper gem! Spacious gaff with a lovely view of the pond—great for brekkie outside while watching the ducks. Just that the furniture's a bit worn, but heck, the location's a winner, innit?

the grounds are really beautiful and well kept. i loved the indoor pool and the library was a great spot to chill. the condo was super spacious, with a nice view of the pond, and the kitchen made it easy to cook my meals. i was also impressed by how clean everything was. the staff was friendly and super helpful, especially at check-in!

but the internet was kinda spotty and the check-in/check-out times are a real drag, you lose some time there.

It was just a smart choice for a break on a long journey in Lenox with a great value-to-price ratio. Enjoyed watching the little goslings by the pond in the morning, which made for a relaxing start to the day. Make sure to arrive before dark to avoid any check-in issues.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and had a nice deck overlooking the pond. Early mornings with geese around the water made for a great time. I enjoyed the indoor pool, especially when it was too cold outside. Although I had some fun at the range, I do wish the outdoor tennis courts had been open. After a day of exploration, a quick dip in the sauna was perfect. This getaway helped me appreciate the peacefulness of New England.

Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. Super spacious and clean. The AC worked great. Bed was comfy, and the new living room furniture was a nice touch. Had some issues with the bathrooms being outdated and the heaters were pretty loud, so it was tough to sleep with them on. But overall, good space for chilling out. Definitely a nice spot to explore the Berkshires!
