During our stay at Residence Inn, we encountered a minor issue with the garbage can in our room being full. However, when we called the front desk, they promptly addressed the situation and took care of it. This quick response and efficient service showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and attention to detail.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great view of the lake. The location was perfect for me as it was close to the hospital where I work. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a pool and a gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect too, as it was close to restaurants and shopping areas. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The only drawback was that the pool was a bit smaller than we expected, so it got crowded at times. Also, the staff could have been a bit more knowledgeable about certain things as we had to figure them out on our own.

We loved our stay at this hotel right on the lake. the rooms were clean and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the small patio overlooking the pool, which was also clean and well-maintained. the staff was hospitable and efficient, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and parking.

That our room faced the road and was a bit noisy at night, so we had to keep the windows closed. However, the hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, although you'll need to drive to get to them.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always ready with a warm greeting and willing to assist with any request. The rooms were well-appointed and spacious, complete with a balcony that offered great views of the surroundings. Additionally, I was impressed by the attention to detail, from the basic amenities provided to the delicious breakfast with a variety of snacks available.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from providing a fully stocked kitchen to offering a complimentary evening social with free beer and wine. The pool area had beautiful views of the lake, and the location was convenient with several restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great facilities.
