One of the front desk employees, Novee, was exceptionally honest and returned my credit card when I dropped it. the shower had great water pressure and the air-conditioned hallways were a nice touch. Being close to SM Lanang and its air-conditioned areas was a bonus. Another plus was the hotel's proximity to the airport, with a footbridge connecting to SM Lanang and standby taxi cabs available for convenience.

They were able to book us an in-room massage on short notice and it was heavenly. The access bridge to SM Lanang was convenient and made getting supplies very easy. During busy times, they were prepared to address the needs of their guests and dedicated a function room for storage. Mark at the front desk was particularly attentive and responsive.
