Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The hotel was stunning with a beautiful colonial style. The room was super clean and had all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very polite and couldn't do enough for you. The pool and surrounding area were amazing, with staff even reserving sun loungers for guests in the morning. The hotel is centrally located near shopping malls and the greenbelt complex.

The prices of the food in the main buffet restaurant were quite high compared to other 5-star hotels. The smoking area in the bar on the ground floor could be unpleasant for non-smokers as it gets quite smoky.

I recently stayed at an amazing hotel in a perfect area. The value for money was incredible, I couldn't believe how cheap it was compared to The Peninsula's general rates. The breakfast at the hotel was the best I've ever had, with so many options including Asian, sushi, and European dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. The area where the hotel is located is perfect, it's very safe and trendy. We stayed during December and the Christmas decorations in the hotel were some of the best I've ever seen. the hotel is definitely worth staying at, especially considering the great rates they offer.

I recently stayed at The Peninsula for a few days for a business trip. The staff at the Club house and restaurant were excellent. The spacious rooms had comfortable beds and the service was great. The pool area was nice and perfect for doing laps. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The location was convenient for getting to the airport, especially with Manila traffic. a good stay and I would definitely come back.

The Christmas decor, spacious rooms, pool, spa, and food were all exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. One night, when we missed the mall shuttle due to the rain and our baby's stroller, the head concierge personally arranged a special van ride for us. we highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff seemed a bit aloof and arrogant, which made me feel unwelcome as a first-time guest. There was a lack of communication and briefing upon check-in, and I had to ask multiple questions to get the necessary information.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were truly amazing, providing warm and professional service from the moment I arrived until I left. The check-in experience was exceptional, with a friendly employee accompanying me to my room to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The lobby was beautiful and the customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. The hotel also had excellent wifi connection, allowing me to connect multiple devices at once. The staff, from housekeeping to room service to the front desk and concierge, provided excellent and helpful service. The hotel's location was also great, being in a quiet area yet still close to major shopping areas in the city.

Excellent check-in process, knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff , fast and efficient early check-in after a long international flight, pleasant ambiance with live piano music in the lobby, good selection of menus and service staff at the lobby restaurant, convenient location for walking to Greenbelt Shopping Center.

The free mini bar and welcome drink were a nice touch. The hotel was located in a great spot within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We appreciated the late checkout option so we could sleep in.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced and the food was mediocre. The room was small and outdated, not what we expected for a romantic getaway.
