The resort offers a wide range of activities, such as paddleboarding and shopping in open-air markets. The complimentary transport to Cebu City was also a great perk. I recently stayed at the Plantation Bay Resort in Lapu-Lapu City for a relaxing weekend getaway. The vibe of the entire place is so relaxed, creating a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The layout of the resort is unique and makes the space feel open and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. I especially loved that they have a no tipping policy, which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my stay. The rooms were lovely, with very comfortable four-poster beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The spa was exceptional, and I found myself indulging in their services not once, but twice. a fantastic experience!

The service was excellent, with a lot of professional staff. The property is well-maintained and has nice features to explore. Great option for a family resort holiday. The swimming lagune and smaller pools are enjoyable for children. Beautiful views from water's edge rooms.

We got great value for our money at Plantation Bay Resort And Spa. The room was elegant with a four-poster bed, and being able to swim in the lagoon right from our door was perfect. The staff were very friendly and treated us like VIPs.

The amenities, activities, and swimming locations were superb, offering a wide variety to choose from. The staff were very pleasant and catered to our needs extremely well. The activity crew members were very helpful during the snorkeling excursion, providing assistance and ensuring we had a great time. The property was immaculately maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly. They had a strict no tip policy, which was amazing to experience. The Italian restaurant was a highlight, with great service, perfectly seasoned steaks, and a great wine selection.

Nothing to dislike.

The resort had a wide range of activities and pools to choose from, keeping everyone entertained during our Christmas stay. We enjoyed biking around the resort and exploring the beautiful lagoon with the kayaks. the location was also great, with easy access to snorkeling and water sports. Another advantage was the fantastic food - we were treated to delicious meals throughout our stay.

One of the downsides was the need to pay for everything, from bike rentals to lagoon activities. It added up and made our stay quite expensive.

During my recent stay, I was amazed by the beauty and tranquility of the resort. The lagoon view from my suite was absolutely breathtaking, and the four-poster bed provided the utmost comfort. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the dishes at the Fiji restaurant were delicious. Additionally, there were plenty of activities for kids, and the bathrooms and individual terraces were also impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and enjoyable getaway.

For us it was ideal.

The place was huge and luxurious. Courteous staff and many recreational activities. Spacious room with a beautiful balcony. Great facilities and fitness center. Exceptional staff, always ready to assist.

Nothing not to love.

I recently had an amazing five-star experience at a resort in Mactan. The location was perfect, with easy access to snorkeling, swimming, and water sports right from the resort. The room was fabulous, with a view of the make-shift lagoon and constant access to the waters. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa treatments were the best we've had in a long time. The resort also had various pools with different temperatures, allowing us to relax and unwind as we liked. it was the ultimate five-star experience.

There were limited activities offered beyond swimming, and we were hoping for more things to do during the day and night. It would have been great to have live bands, karaoke, themed dinners, and organized excursions as advertised.

The resort offers a wide range of facilities and activities to suit all interests, from karaoke to casinos. We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke nights and the lively atmosphere they provided. The casino nights were also a great way to have fun and try our luck.

We enjoyed the complementary no-tip policy and the high-quality staff. the location of the resort was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious with great air conditioning.

The resort was highly unaccommodating and showed little willingness to support our requests, ultimately resulting in our cancellation of the reservation.
