Friendly staff, great beach access

the hotel provided direct beach access which made it convenient for us to spend our weekend by the sea. we loved the view from our room which allowed us to relax and enjoy our surroundings.

The hotel was too expensive for the quality of the rooms and amenities offered. the cleanliness of the property was subpar and made our stay a disappointment.

I had a wonderful time at Playa Papagayo! The beach was stunning and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Mexican menu at the restaurant was delicious and the portions were generous. I also appreciated the easy beach access. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.
