We had a huge room with high ceilings, a TV, and nice AC. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, right in front of cloud 9 pier, with lots of scooter parking space. They helped us with the airport shuttle and took care of all our needs. The menu was great and we enjoyed room service. The staff, especially the adorable and polite waitress, made our stay even better. Super nice place!

Would recommend this hotel.

This resort is conveniently located near Cloud 9 surf area and a variety of restaurants. The room was cozy with a clean bathroom, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a shop, reception desk for organizing transportation, and a rooftop bar with stunning views. The pool bar and kitchen staff provided excellent service.

Some staff members were impolite and the Wi-Fi strength was poor.
