The location offered ample parking for our van and trailer. The motel-style layout was convenient for our work group. The spacious, well-furnished rooms featured a pod coffee machine and specialty teas. The bathroom had nice toiletries. No complaints about the rooms.

The decor throughout the hotel was tastefully done and added to the delightful ambiance. The hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible. The hotel had ample parking and transportation options. This city's main attractions were easily reachable from the hotel, except for Le Manoir, which required a £50 taxi ride.

My wife and I stayed at Chequers for my wife's birthday celebration and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shower in our room was amazing. The shampoo and soap provided had a gorgeous scent. The room itself was bright and airy, and we appreciated the fan that was provided for the warm nights. The coffee-making facilities were good, and the mini fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise. We also had a delicious meal in the pub and highly recommend it.

The restaurant serves delicious meals, and there are plenty of other places or pubs nearby to explore. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with Nespresso machines and comfy beds. Guests can also enjoy a continental breakfast basket with fresh juice, bread, cereal, and jams.

Some guests mentioned that the interior walls are a little thin, which can result in some noise from neighboring guests.
