We were impressed by the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and complete amenities of the hotel. the staff were accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had a relaxing stay. the location, tucked away from the main street, provided a quiet retreat while still being close enough to the main tourist spots on this wonderful island of Panglao. the swimming pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the lush surroundings.

Spacious apartments with parking for van. Includes towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, and water. Friendly and accommodating staff gave great beach and restaurant recommendations. Rooms always clean and fresh. Well-maintained property, great value for price. Will definitely return.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. the location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. Additionally, having a kitchen allowed for cooking meals, saving money on dining out.

There were frequent power outages, and the generator only powered the water supply. This could be inconvenient, especially during hot weather.

Very recommendable. Daily room cleaning service without even having to ask, near to the beach and airport, spacious bathroom and room, balcony for smoking. Accommodating staff fulfilling requests, even after checkout. Will book Portofino Panglao Bohol again.

Allergic reaction to dustmite from sofa bed causing severe illness toward the end of my stay without mentioning staff.

the apartments at Portofino were incredibly spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms. the staff, especially Ms Hynee, were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests. They even provided us with helpful advice on where to find the best beaches and restaurants, which was particularly useful during the busy holy week. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, as they were always well-maintained and fresh when we returned from our daily trips. it was definitely worth the price and my family and I will definitely be coming back.
