Super accommodating staff, they even ordered dinner for us and gave us a discount! Peaceful and clean, with modern and chic rooms. Fabulous stay, clean and comfortable room with a lovely hot shower. During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi. the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and popular restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the room had a comfortable bed and a balcony with a great view.

The entrance to the hotel was through a narrow alleyway, which caused some initial confusion. the hotel also did not offer any shuttle services, making it a bit challenging to get around the area without arranging your own transportation.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Positano Alona Beach. The value for money was excellent, with well-maintained facilities, including two pools that were perfect for our young kids. There were plenty of places to relax and enjoy a coffee or beer. The breakfast provided on-site was delicious, and the rooms, although in need of a slight refresh, were comfortable. The staff were standout - friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. The daily room cleaning service was thorough and efficient. The location was convenient, close to the main street and beaches, including the beautiful Alona beach. We highly recommend this resort!

I had a fantastic stay at Positano Alona Beach! The location was perfect, with easy access to Alona Beach and other attractions in Panglao. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's rest. The staff was helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel also offered good amenities, such as a comfy bed and good air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay while exploring Panglao.

The room was spotless, staff were welcoming, and the property had a pleasant ambiance. Street lighting was adequate at night. Breakfast portion was satisfying, although bacon occasionally ran out.

Despite not being well lit, the location was still convenient as it was just a short walk to Alona Beach and the main street. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the garden and pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served was satisfactory, and we appreciated the fast wifi and refrigerator in the room. we had a pleasant experience at this hotel.

That there were no drying racks for our swimming suits, which was inconvenient after enjoying water activities at Alona Beach.

Secondly, the staff were truly amazing. They were friendly, approachable, and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the little balcony that provided a lovely space to relax. The hotel's location on the main street was ideal, as it was conveniently close to all the attractions and the beach. The WiFi was also excellent, which was a big plus for me. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel.
