I had a nice view of the bay! and the staff were super helpful when my air conditioning went awry! they switched my room without a fuss.

It wasn't a bargain but still decent enough for what I needed.

i've been traveling to manila for years, and this stay was definitely a highlight on my honeymoon. the spacious room had a beautiful bay view, and the amenities like the microwave and fridge made our stay comfortable. this place really exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels i've stayed at!

Cleaning frequency was disappointing!!! Hot water was inconsistent!!! Only one roll of toilet paper per day is absurd!!! Limitations with room service made dining inconvenient!!! Elevator waits felt excessively long!!!

One highlight was the spectacular view from the 32nd floor and the friendly staff. The elevator situation was frustrating. often, it was crowded and took a long time to arrive. Nice to have billiards and table tennis on-site for entertainment.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and the balcony offered stunning views of Manila Bay. Although the hot water in the shower was a bit finicky, I loved the amenities like the fridge and microwave for convenience. I'd definitely return!

The room I got was really decent! I appreciated the comfortable bed which helped me sleep great after long flights. The view from the higher floors was stunning too. However, it did feel like there was some inconsistency with housekeeping, as I had to ask for toiletries. The elevators took a while, especially during busy times. Still, I'd say the room setup was good overall!

The location near Robinson's Mall is incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. Though the room had some cleanliness inconsistencies, the spacious layout and breathtaking views from the balcony made up for it. Location is amazing, right in the bustling heart of Malate. The staff were super friendly, especially MJ and Roi who helped keep our room tidy. The microwave and coffee setup were a nice touch. Just be careful with the slow elevators during peak times. Still, we had a great time enjoying in-room breakfast!
