Excellent location, right across from huge mall and near LRT station. Plentiful taxis. Huge, nicely done room with fridge and coffee pot. Amazingly courteous and helpful staff. Safe to roam around without hiring a taxi.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is situated in a convenient downtown location close to a shopping complex. Guests can enjoy the proximity to various shops and plenty of entertainment options. The staff are responsive, hospitable, and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, with corner rooms that offer great views of the city and bay.

One guest complained about the poor quality of the food in the hotel's small restaurant on the ground floor.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a very central area of Malate city. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the excellent views over Manila from my balcony. The rooms were well-equipped, even including a kitchenette, making it ideal for families with kids. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. Additionally, the location was ideal, with the hotel being just a short walking distance to Robinsons Place mall, where there was plenty to enjoy within easy reach.

Our stay was not without its issues. the cleanliness of our room was questionable, with an unclean, looking bed and a broken balcony door that couldn't be closed properly, posing a safety risk for our children.
