The Pelicano Inn Playa Del Carmen exceeded our expectations with its prime beachfront location, beautiful property, and professional staff. The rooms were clean and well accommodated, with hot showers and strong water pressure. The restaurant and bar offered tasty cocktails at a great value. a fantastic experience.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced hotel. the staff were friendly and the air conditioning in the room was a relief during the hot New Year's season. the location was ideal, with easy access to the heart of the beachfront area, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful beach and the vibrant atmosphere.

It sprayed water in every direction except where it was supposed to, making it nearly impossible to get clean. the noise from the nearby bar was unbearable.

This hotel is perfect for a low-key getaway. With its oceanfront location and beautiful views, you'll feel like you're on the beach all the time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is located right in the downtown area, so you can easily explore all the happenings of the city.

I vividly recall the incident where a fellow guest mistakenly entered my room using his own keys. Although it was a bit disturbing, the hotel staff promptly apologized for the inconvenience caused.

Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk away from the main shopping area, giving easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

There were a few issues during our stay that affected our experience. there were a couple of nights where there was no running water, resulting in an unpleasant smell and inconvenience.

The junior suite at Pelicano Inn Playa Del Carmen - Beachfront was absolutely amazing. The privacy was superb and the view was stunning. Despite being in the middle of the party zone, the room had great acoustic isolation, making it feel like a perfect spot. The hotel's own lounges on the beach were also very convenient.

The WiFi in the room was non-existent, which was a downside for those who needed to work. Additionally, breakfast starting at 8 am was a bit late for guests wanting to go on day trips.

The location was perfect for exploring. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the balcony in our room. The ocean view was beautiful, and the sound of the waves was very relaxing. I would recommend this hotel.
