The pool was perfect for our kids, with a shallow area for them to play safely. The rooms were spacious, and the convenient doorbell to order drinks by the pool made our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: For dads, it would be great to have more refillable water bottles for kids.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience compared to my previous trips. the room service was on point, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy. the laundry service was very convenient, and having contacts for a masseuse made relaxation effortless. the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar area was perfect for unwinding. the staff, especially Ann and Jerrika, were incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met.

One improvement that could be made is to provide refillable glass water bottles in the rooms to reduce plastic waste. everything else was amazing, and the service provided was exceptional.

The room at Secret Paradise Moalboal felt like a cozy oasis with its spacious layout and bright, clean vibe. the large mirror in the bathroom and open cabinet were handy touches, and having Netflix on the TV was a nice bonus.

The restaurant's limited breakfast choices and early closing time for the bar were a bit of a letdown.

Located close to the beach area, this hidden gem is within walking distance of the lovely promenade. the rooms are incredibly nice, spacious, perfectly cleaned, and feel very new. the pool is fantastic, and the staff is accommodating and wonderful. the charming outdoor dining area by the pool offers tasty meals. the reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Outside alcohol not allowed, leading to some miscommunication and discomfort with the staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Secret Paradise for five nights and had an amazing time. the spacious rooms, fast internet, and delicious food were highlights. the pool was superb, and the staff provided helpful tips about the area. Overall, a cozy gem with a Mediterranean influence and great service.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
