The outdoor pool is far too cold for winter visits. a heated indoor bath would be a far more enjoyable option!!! Would appreciate faster Wi-Fi connection in the room!!! Improvements needed for outdoor lighting to navigate better at night!!!

Beautiful outdoor plunge pool was a highlight.

Unfortunately, we faced significant issues during our stay. The cleanliness of our suite left much to be desired, as we noticed unkempt areas, which was concerning. Additionally, we encountered a persistent water leak in the bathroom that was not resolved satisfactorily, despite reporting it. Communication with management was frustrating as our requests were often met with delays and dismissive responses.

Breakfast was always on time and delicious.

Every morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast delivered right to our private terrace, elevating our start to the day.

The room had a beautiful view of the caldera, but the lack of privacy due to a busy walkway was quite disappointing.

The Premium Cave Suite with Outdoor Plunge Pool was spacious and boasted stunning views. While the breakfast delivery was generous, it could benefit from more variety and options. Consider this place for couples looking to enjoy beautiful sunsets and a unique experience, but perhaps plan to eat out for more diverse meal choices.

Our stay at U & Me Suites was fantastic! The location in Fira was perfect, providing breathtaking sunset views right from our terrace. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, complete with a private outdoor plunge pool that was such a treat for the entire family! Sofia and the staff were incredibly attentive, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a big spread and delicious options. We truly felt at home!

The view from our suite was something else, especially during sunset. We had a hot tub that faced the caldera which was like a scene out of a movie. Plus, the breakfast was massive, even for two people. it felt like royalty to start the day with such a feast and those views just blew my mind.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth it for the memories we made.

Had the Deluxe Suite with Outdoor Heated Plunge Pool. It was clean, spacious, and included a coffee machine, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. Also, a breathtaking view from the balcony. Breakfast was delivered daily. so yum! Staff arranged tours and transport, making everything easy. Definitely want to return!

Great welcome drink and in-room breakfast, but luggage storage could be better.

the only downside was the check-in process could be a bit smoother (maybe just minor hiccups). the breathtaking views from our room were unforgettable and breakfast was delivered right to our door daily. the staff were always ready to help with arranging tours, which was super convenient.

Loved the spacious room with a killer sunset view and relaxing plunge pool. Totally enjoyed the hassle-free transportation arrangements too!
