Our room had a stuffy smell upon arrival, but opening the door solved it. The cleanliness was not perfect either, but we enjoyed a good rest every night. The hotel refused to heat up our outside food, but we appreciated the food safety measures they upheld. Despite the drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

During my Xmas stay, I was very pleased with the hotel's complementary breakfast and the Christmas Eve dinner. the hotel was located near all the attractions we wanted to visit, and we were able to get around easily. Lastly, I liked the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere which made it feel like a home away from home.

My only complaint is that the pool area was quite crowded, and we had difficulty finding a spot to relax. there were not enough pool towels available.
