the location couldn't have been better, with the hotel being centrally located and right next to the metro and train station direct to the airport. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with chargers and umbrellas when we needed them. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options including fresh waffles that we could bake ourselves. the rooms had a unique style that set them apart from other chain hotels, with a chic and boutique feel. We especially loved the exposed brickwork on the walls. a fantastic stay!

my recent stay in brussels was incredible, but 9hotel central took it to another level. the staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. the natural light through the glass wall was amazing. the location was perfect, walking distance to everything, and the minimalist yet cozy interiors were a nice touch.

Something was off with the credit card charges.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a stone's throw away from the central train station and a metro exit, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the nearby shopping areas. The rooms are stylishly designed with modern decor and offer ample space. The bedding is excellent and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel also provides good internet connectivity for staying connected during your stay.

While the rooms are generally quiet, some guests have mentioned that the front-facing rooms can be a bit noisy in the morning.

This hotel is a great value for money. It is located right in the city center next to the central train station and metro access, which makes it easy to get around. Just spent a fantastic New Year's at a modern hotel in the heart of the city! the location was a key selling point, right in the center of the action. Was impressed by the well-appointed room with its comfy bed and top-notch bathroom. we enjoyed the two complementary gifts, which made our stay feel extra special.

Though the breakfast was decent, the dining area was a bit cramped, especially during peak hours in the morning. we were hoping for a mini-fridge in the room but it wasn't available.

We had a fantastic stay at 9Hotel Central! The check-in process was quick and the receptionist provided us with great suggestions for nearby attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like power outlets on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was modern and had excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel's laid-back vibe and stylish lobby/bar area were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Brussels!
