The staff at Seda Residences are exceptional! They went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a late checkout. We really appreciated the extra effort they put in to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also great with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. We had a fantastic stay at Seda! Our room had all the amenities we needed, including a small kitchen, living area, bedroom/bathroom, and even a laundry area. It was a huge relief to be able to do laundry while stuck indoors for 10 days. We were especially grateful to the young lady at the front desk who helped us secure a broken beauty product.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving and had a great time! the complimentary breakfast and pool access were fantastic. We also appreciated the central location near lots of great restaurants and the airport. the bed was comfy and the views were amazing from the rooftop bar!

some of the furniture had a bit of a smell and we noticed some burn marks on the table. Prices in the restaurant were a bit high as well, with one dish not quite living up to expectations.

Just returned from a delightful stay at Seda in Makati. Stayed for a week on a business trip. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and had a stunning city view. The top-floor restaurant and bar were the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival and late departure. Highly recommended!

The rooftop swimming pool and bar have a great ambiance. The location in Makati is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel provides a great option for families with children.
