Impressive gym facilities and great restaurant design.

During my stay, I found the breakfast buffet disappointing. The bacon was not crispy, and the taho arnibal lacked sweetness. In addition, I could hear alarms and footsteps from the neighboring rooms, which disturbed my sleep multiple times. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, the experience did not improve.

Clean, comfortable, and great staff support!

We loved the hotel's great location! It was within walking distance to Ayala Malls, SM, and Trinoma, making shopping easy. The facilities were impressive, and the room was comfortable with cozy bedding and a clean bathroom.

The check-in process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.

Clean room, courteous staff, with a nice outdoor swimming pool and a convenient location just minutes from North Avenue, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy a good breakfast buffet with various options.

Nothing it was perfect

the food was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating! the location's perfect for shopping and exploring, surrounded by malls and great spots to eat.

The spacious pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we loved the complimentary baby cots available. The gym was well-equipped, making workouts enjoyable. Watching movies with my family was a blast in our cozy suite!

Chur, the stay was pretty good. The pool was freezing though, couldn't join my lad. But breakfast was choice, heaps of tasty options!

the check-in process was a bit slow, but the premier room was awesome. breakfast had tons of meat options, and the staff was super attentive. the pool area was perfect for families too!

I had a fun stay! The staff were super friendly and super helpful – they really went the extra mile for us. The breakfast was fabulous, with a mix of local delights. Just wish the elevator was a tad quicker during peak times—it felt like forever sometimes.

The breakfast spread was downright impressive and delicious! Staff were kinder than a warm biscuit, especially those in Misto. Had a lovely room, real cozy. Just wish they had a bit more organization during busy times, like some free water or quick service when folks are jam-packed. The air conditioning could’ve been quieter, but it was a fine time overall.
