I recently stayed at a hotel in Quezon City and had a fantastic experience. The value for money was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a wide selection of amenities. The location was perfect, with two malls within a 5-minute walk and plenty of dining options. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the friendly front desk ladies to the commendable Misto staff. Special mention to Miss Angelica who handled our check-in and even gave my little girl a toy to calm her down. a lavish and convenient hotel that I would definitely recommend.

Our spacious and comfortable room had a great view. The staff were helpful even when we had a problem with our room. Manager personally apologized, provided a complimentary basket of fruits and chocolates and ensured we got a better room. Breakfast was delicious. we recommend this hotel.

We had a great business stay in a conveniently located hotel near a shopping mall which we enjoyed. The buffet breakfast served in the actual breakfast area was great, providing a variety of choices. The modern bathroom and comfortable beds were a plus. Additionally, we found the superb customer service and the courteous staff very commendable. We enjoyed the great view of the metro from the cozy bar.

The room service food was not up to our expectations and we found the waiters and waitresses in the cool bar upstairs lacking in attentiveness.

We had a great time during our romantic getaway. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for the two of us. the breakfast was excellent and we particularly loved the complimentary wine and chocolates waiting for us in our room. the hotel was located near a mall which made it easy for us to shop and dine out.

Our overall experience was ruined by a lack of attention to detail. the air conditioning in our room wasn't working and it took three calls before someone came to fix it.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. The staff surprised us with a delicious birthday cake slice, complete with a personalized message. The bed, pillows, and blanket were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The friendly staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. Being located next to an Ayala mall made it convenient for dining options, and Grab cars were readily available due to the hotel's proximity to Trinoma mall. Despite the Manila traffic, it was worth the wait for transportation.

This hotel met all of our luxurious needs. The exclusive amenities were fantastic, including the impressive Spa & wellness centre and Sauna. The Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools had plenty of Sun loungers and Beach umbrellas to relax under. The Spa centre offered massages and Turkish baths, which were a great way to unwind after a long day. The Restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast, and the packed lunches and special diet menus were just as tasty.

The only minor issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi connection being slow at times. However, it did not significantly impact our stay.
