I love being close to the beach area with security and being able to choose from various restaurants scattered on the grounds. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean. The service is top-notch, and the breakfast is diverse with made-to-order options. The view from the room is stunning that makes me feel relaxed. Additionally, the facilities for kids are great, such as the indoor playground and water playground.

The prices are quite steep for what is offered, making it a bit hard for budget travellers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. My daughter had a blast at the Kids Club, which gave her some independence and allowed us to have some time to ourselves. The layout of the resort was nice, with enjoyable restaurants and facilities. The beach was fantastic, with crystal clear water and the staff did a great job keeping it clean. In terms of location, this hotel was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Canyoneering at Kawasaki falls and the Oslob Whale Shark tour.

Our recent stay at Shangri-La was fantastic! We spent a week there, enjoying the beautiful beach and the abundance of fish. The kids had a blast feeding the fish each morning and taking part in the various activities offered, like the playground, arts and crafts, and game room. The service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The buffet had a great variety of food choices, and the rooms were spacious. We definitely plan on coming back for another stay!

The hotel had ample parking space and the transportation service was convenient, with its close proximity to the airport. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful shore and also near shopping malls. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the restaurant, which had a wide variety of food options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were occasional disturbances from children running in the corridors and above our room, which affected our overall tranquility.

During my recent stay at a beautiful resort in Cebu, I experienced the most amazing service. When our flight was delayed, the staff at the hotel immediately recognized our frustration and promptly escorted us to our room. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were when it came to fulfilling special requests, like the time I craved hummus for breakfast and they had it freshly made for me in just 15 minutes. The crystal-clear water at the beach allowed us to snorkel and see colorful fish right by the shore.
