They welcomed our big dog with open arms and even had a special room for us in the courtyard. The staff were exceptional and showed genuine affection towards our furry friend. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a dreamy bed. We felt so happy and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel staff and facilities really went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to our family and friends.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is so easy to get to from the airport by train and is so close to everything. You can walk to all the sights in the city or hop on public transport nearby. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need including a kettle and fridge. The staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to give great recommendations on where to eat.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. They were always ready to assist and had a warm and courteous attitude. the comfortable beds with a decent selection of pillows provided a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was also a highlight, with convenient access to nearby convenience stores, eateries, and public transportation.

One downside of my stay was the lack of facilities for heating food or making toast. As a result, for those on a budget, it became a bit pricey to dine out for every meal.

We loved staying at this place! It's located in the heart of Chinatown with other shops in a row and amazing restaurants nearby. The service room was fantastic, including paid airport shuttle and pet amenities available. The staff were friendly and helpful with tours/ticket assistance. The room was equipped with everything we needed such as ironing facilities, heating/air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and bar/lounge area with coffee/tea in the lobby. we had a wonderful experience with housekeeping and laundry services that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Recommending this hotel for everyone is a must.

Lost shoes during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. We were able to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Plus, the upgrade in our room was a pleasant surprise and added to our overall enjoyment. The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. They even lent us an iPhone charger adapter, which we really appreciated. The amenities in the room were excellent, including the comfortable bed and the complimentary toiletries. We also liked that there was a coffee machine downstairs, perfect for a quick pick-me-up in the morning.

There was only one minor inconvenience during our stay. When we arrived and left with our bags, it was a bit challenging to use Uber due to the hotel's location.
