I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff were very well trained and provided excellent service. They were always courteous and professional, making my stay here truly enjoyable.

During Christmas, we enjoyed the two complementary activities offered by the hotel: a bonfire night and a carol singing night. The hotel’s location was also a plus since it was near major attractions. Another advantage was the availability of a shuttle service to the city proper.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. , the walls were thin and the noise from outside could be heard in the room.

The room was beautifully designed with modern details, making our stay at Grand Sierra Pines Hotel extremely comfortable. The bed was so cozy, and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt like we were in a luxurious retreat.

On our last night, there was a persistent foul smell coming from the bathroom drains, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the air conditioner in our room kept malfunctioning, causing it to constantly switch off.

Spacious room with private balcony. Comfortable bed with high-quality linen. Adequate shower/toilet with daily supplies. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful surroundings with refreshing rain.

As young holiday goers, we loved the beautiful architecture and location of the property. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, providing excellent service. The Outlook Restaurant had a great menu with plenty of delicious choices, and we enjoyed dining there multiple times. The property grounds were well-maintained and offered a clean and green environment. We also appreciated the cultural dance performance and the food carts on the lawn, adding a nice touch to our stay.

Felt like family, no reason to complain.
