What an amazing stay at Somerset! We stayed for 12 nights with our twins and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were always friendly and attentive, and the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of Western dishes, and the kids loved the playroom. The location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The security was top-notch as well. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Somerset was exceptional. The property is well-maintained and the staff made every effort to ensure our comfort. The rooms and facilities are modern and spacious, and the location is convenient, with easy access to malls and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was good, and the gym was well-equipped. Despite a small issue with the bathroom fixtures, we still believe this is the best hotel in Alabang. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel valued, and we appreciated their efforts to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a truly WOWed experience at Somerset Alabang. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the mall. The service was superb, with courteous and attentive staff. Missing washer & dryer in room.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and spacious room equipped with a comfortable bed and a large flat screen TV. The location was perfect, as it was close to various malls and a supermarket, making it convenient for shopping and dining options.

Great surprise for my son's birthday, the hotel staff made it special for us. Convenient for families, as the studio type room is spacious enough for four people. The hotel has a play area and a pool, which my daughter really enjoyed. The kitchen area and big bathtub were also a plus for me. The staff, including the driver, were friendly and accommodating.

Security can be strict, as you need your hotel key to enter certain areas. Sometimes, if a staff doesn't see you, you may not be able to enter the backside of the hotel.

Jaw-dropping upgrade to a penthouse without extra charge, attentive and accommodating staff, conveniently located, free parking, polite and welcoming.

I gotta say, Somerset Alabang was worth every penny! The room was clean, spacious, and well-lit - perfect for my cooking videos. The staff were amazing, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. Plus, the location was great, with easy access to malls and restaurants.

Breakfast delivery was a bit slow and the food was not as hot as we would have liked. There were also times when it took a while for our calls to be picked up.
