The hotel was impressively clean and exceeded my expectations for Dumaguete. The daily room cleaning was a pleasant surprise. Despite the firm mattress, I had a fantastic sleep, though interrupted by rowdy guests at 4am. The free breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was convenient, with Robinson's just a 20-minute walk away and a short tricycle ride to the main attractions. The friendly and approachable staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is easily accessible, located on the main street with shops and a pharmacy right outside. It is also a bus ride away from Apo Island. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a working water heater. The parking lot was spacious and secure, with efficient guards keeping a watchful eye. The cozy and clean lobby and restaurant were aesthetically pleasing, and the color coordination of the furniture was calming. The water dispenser was a major plus for me. I loved everything about this place and highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dumaguete City for a few days and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel offered good value for the price, and the restaurant was large, fancy, and clean. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was great, as it was near everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like a tea/coffee maker and a nice bathroom. Additionally, the cable TV in the room was a nice bonus.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and it was a great experience. the room was very clean and well-maintained. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they always had a smile on their faces. the hotel was conveniently located near the main shopping area and we were able to do some last-minute Christmas shopping. the check-in process was quick and easy, and we appreciated the off-street parking.

That the coffee making facilities were not provided in the room, and we had to rely on the hotel staff for a cup of coffee. the noise from the street at night could be heard in the room, which disturbed our sleep.
