Great location, comfortable bed, easy access to attractions, friendly staff, spacious room, convenient tram stop.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location near the waterfront, with various restaurants and many things to do nearby. The room I was allocated was light and airy, with a lovely view over a harbor. The amenities and products provided were first-rate. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to assist when my plans changed unexpectedly.

The restaurant and bar were temporarily closed during my stay.

During our stay at Peppers, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and the convenient location. We had a great time exploring the surrounding areas and attending our meeting nearby. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, great TV selection, clean and well-appointed bathroom, restaurant with ample lounge area. Enjoyed the entire experience.

I recently stayed at Peppers in Docklands for a few nights and it was fantastic. The location was perfect - not too far from the city center, but away from the noise. The views of the marina were stunning, especially during sunset. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were well-designed and comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower and the plush towels and robes. a great experience.

Luxurious amenities and excellent service were the highlights of our stay at this hotel. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The room was tastefully decorated and featured exclusive advantages such as a private bar and comfortable bedding. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious food and drinks, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

We experienced a minor issue with the bathroom shower, which had weak water pressure. However, this did not diminish our overall positive experience at this venue.

Extremely comfortable beds & bedding, good location, friendly staff, large rooms. Lush interior and styling akin to the Crown hotels. Room, location, and staff excellent. Proximity to restaurants, public transportation, and Docklands Precinct. Rooftop pool overlooking southern cross station was fun too.

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee in the lobby which is a nice touch. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. It is also within walking distance of some major attractions which makes it easy to explore the city even during a short stay. The views from the hotel room were amazing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like a swimming pool or a gym, which made it difficult to unwind after a long day of work. The rooms were a bit small and lacked proper sound insulation which made it impossible to relax or sleep in peace with all the noise from outside.
