The atmosphere was very home-y and the accommodations were neat. the location was perfect, easily accessible to Station 2 and 3 via trike or a pleasant walk along the beach. the beachfront property felt secluded and not crowded, yet still close to popular areas like D'Mall. the staff at Sur Beach Resort were incredibly helpful, patient, and funny, making our stay wonderful. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even moving my brother and his friends to different rooms when there were issues with the air conditioning. Sur Beach Resort provided great value for money and excellent staff service, and we would definitely book with them again in the future.

the beach was just a stone's throw away, and I enjoyed the convenience of having beach towels provided. the bar staff at the hotel were particularly attentive and provided excellent service. the surrounding area of Boracay station one was peaceful and the beach was clean. Considering the rates of neighboring properties, I found this hotel to be a great value for money. the staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

This was our second time staying at Sur Beach Resort, and we were amazed by the improvements. the staff was attentive and accommodating, especially at the restaurant. When we requested to eat outside our room on the ground floor, they happily obliged. the location of the hotel, though with unpaved roads, was great for us as we were traveling with senior citizens. the beautiful white sands and crystal clear water just steps away from the hotel left us in awe. the services provided by the staff were excellent, and we appreciated the polite and accommodating nature of everyone. a very good experience.

Mind-blowing beachfront location with super sun loungers, a jaw-dropping private beach, and fantastic beach access. The breakfast was excellent, and the 241 cocktails were a delightful surprise. The staff were always lovely and very helpful. The room turned out to be way bigger than expected. Reasonably priced for such an amazing location.

While the hotel had an awesome beach, it was a little inconvenient that they didn't provide umbrellas for the beach loungers. It would have been nice to have some shade after a few hours in the heat.

We had a great time staying at this beachfront resort. The location was perfect, right by the beach in the more quiet Station 1 area but still within a short walk from the more lively Station 2 area. We enjoyed walking to some decent restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The beach towels and beach beds were a nice added touch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel's location was perfect as it was just a few steps away from the beach. We also liked that our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the view.

Our stay was ruined by the lack of hot water and weak shower pressure. It made our Thanksgiving stay a cold and unpleasant experience.
