The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the historical area of Intramuros. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The rooftop lounge and restaurants on the top floor and third floor were all amazing. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
