Housekeeping hours are limited!!! I had to wait too long for basic requests!!! Ice was nonexistent in the hotel!!! A cold shower after a long shopping day is not the way to unwind!!! Seating options could be improved!!!

Kristen at the front desk truly set the tone for a welcoming experience, providing excellent guidance and support throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious eggs and fresh fruits that everyone enjoyed. However, the room cleanliness was concerning. the initial space had dust and crumbs, and we discovered used bedding late at night, which compelled us to request a room change. The alternate room was an improvement, but it still didn't meet our expectations for cleanliness.

Consider requesting a room on the first floor for easier access, especially when traveling with kids or lots of luggage. The outdoor sitting area is a nice bonus!
