Used the one USB. Bathroom water idea on point. Smart TV failed the IQ test. Lousy view, but cleaned my window. Need to flush out bad toilet odours. Babysat some pool loungers. The location of this hotel is fantastic, being in the best neighborhood of Manila. the staff here really stand out, from Front Office to Housekeeping, they are all friendly and professional. the rooftop pool offers stunning skyline views of Makati, with comfy sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything in good working order. the hotel is close to many great restaurants and bars, making it a convenient choice for dining options.

One area for improvement could be to have a breakfast restaurant on-site instead of delivering breakfast to rooms in containers. adding more umbrellas for shade on the rooftop patio would be beneficial enjoying the sun loungers.
