The value for money at Carlton Dubai Creek was excellent, as we were upgraded to a spacious 1-bedroom with a fantastic creek view. The location was convenient, with shopping areas and restaurants nearby. The staff was courteous and housekeeping was prompt in fulfilling our requests.

Food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety or options to choose from.

The hotel offered complementary breakfast and Wi-fi, which was a bonus. the location was fantastic, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. They also had a lovely pool area where we could relax.

Our experience at the hotel was otherwise disappointing. the staff was unhelpful and seemed to lack basic customer service skills.

Guests have praised the comfort of the rooms, the good Wi-Fi speed, and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel also provides spacious rooms with a living room and a small kitchenette, as well as complimentary water bottles.

The hotel's staff may not be very helpful in assisting guests with getting taxis, and the area behind the hotel can be noisy due to garbage collection.

We loved this hotel! Its location in the commercial area was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to everything. The rooftop restaurant was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. The room amenities were fantastic, the air conditioning helped to keep us cool and the mini-bar was well-stocked. The housekeeping and room service were great and we loved the flat-screen TV in our sitting area. The spa and wellness centre was a great place to relax and the outdoor swimming pool was just what we needed.

We would definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family.
