The staff were super helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our 7 luggages. The location was mind-blowing, right across from Greenbelt 1 and 5 Entrance. The beds were comfortable and the shower had GREAT water pressure. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a big receiving area. The family room had a mini bar and free water bottles, a nice addition. Extra toiletries like slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer were provided. The hotel also had a safe in the closet. a very satisfying stay!

We often stay at Charter House as we transition to other destinations. This time, our newly renovated room was clean and bright. The location is perfect, with great nightlife, shopping, and restaurants nearby. The staff, including the bus boy Roger and the security guards, were incredibly helpful and hospitable. Charter House offers great value for money and we would definitely stay there again.

The Charter House offers fancy comfort at a bargain. The location is sooo convenient, with Greenbelt just a hop away. You can even pretend you're a child again in the rooftop pool!

Oh, and I absolutely loved trying to connect to the internet with their super speedy Wi-Fi. Truly a joy.
