I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great location, central to all of our visits. The selection for breakfast was wide and the staff were courteous. The hotel itself was glamorous and ornate, creating a classy ambience. The food was delicious, making for a truly enjoyable experience. Moreover, the photos on the website accurately portrayed the hotel, and the location was conveniently away from heavy traffic in the area.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by their complimentary hot chocolate and cookies at the lobby. The hotel was strategically located near the mall and tourist spots, making it very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. I also appreciated their complimentary breakfast which offered a wide selection.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow. The elevators were a bit confusing and erratic at times which made me feel uneasy.
