We got great value for our money, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting the famous Chocolate Hills, and the staff at Illa Del Carmen Haven were extremely friendly and treated us like family.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the personalized service at the hostel. The owner, Stephen, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The food was delicious and tailored to my preferences. The hostel also offered flexible check-in dates, which was great when traveling with kids. The transportation facilities were well-coordinated, and the driver, Georg, provided interesting insights about the Philippines.

We had a very comfortable room with aircon and enjoyed the great breakfast provided each morning. The family running the B&B were the sweetest people and we had lovely chats with them about Bohol life and our lives in Ireland and Australia. They were also very helpful in organizing transfers for us to Panglao and to see Chocolate Hills and Tarsiers. Thank you Villa Del Carmen!

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful, light and airy house located in a quiet lane off the main road. The hotel facilities were basic but clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the owner and family were welcoming. We enjoyed the delicious dinner and breakfast in the communal kitchen, where we had the opportunity to meet other travelers. The hotel was conveniently located, just a 10-minute motorbike ride away from the Chocolate Hills, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The value for money was great, with a beautiful light and airy house, and amazing views in a quiet location. The staff at Illa Del Carmen were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like guests in their own home.

The only thing that could improve the breakfast option is including butter without an extra charge.

We had a great stay at the bed & breakfast. the staff at Illa Del Carmen Haven Bohol were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided transportation, meals, and helpful advice for our group of 7. the house was spacious and had a lovely homey ambiance. the viewing area in our room was a nice touch, especially when we saw fog outside the window at dawn. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore attractions like the Tarsier Conservatory, Twin hanging bridge, Bilar forest, and Chocolate hills. the food was amazing, with generous portions served for breakfast and dinner. our trip was hassle-free and enjoyable thanks to the great service and comfortable accommodation at Illa Del Carmen Haven Bohol Bed & Breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The dinner and breakfast they prepared were delicious. The hotel had a great view and was in a convenient location, easy to get to by bus from the ferry port. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the rice fields. The Wi-Fi was also reliable.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run bed & breakfast near the famous Chocolate Hills viewpoint. the staff at Illa Del Carmen Haven Bohol Bed & Breakfast were incredibly welcoming, offering us free drinks upon arrival. Our spacious room had a clean en-suite bathroom and the bed was the most comfortable we had during our entire trip. the highlight was the delicious home-cooked food, prepared by their talented chef. the chicken curry was especially tasty. we hired a van and driver from the B&B who took us to various attractions, including the stunning Can-Umantad Falls.
