We had an amazing stay at Residenza Gregorio VII. the location was excellent, right next to the train station and only a short walk to the Vatican and the historic center. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the nearby restaurants for breakfast. a great experience.

I had a great stay at this B&B. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes away from the train station and buses to the city center. It was also only a short walk to St. Peter's Basilica. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided true Italian hospitality. The room was well-equipped, impeccably clean, and the bed was really comfortable. After a long day of walking in the city, it was wonderful to have a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this B&B as a base for your trip to Rome.

The bathroom was located on a different floor, which was inconvenient, especially during nighttime trips. the walls were quite thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved that B&B Residenza Gregorio VII was within easy walking distance of trains, buses, the Vatican, and great dining options. The spotlessly clean rooms and helpful staff, especially Monica, made us feel welcome and taken care of. It was a pleasure to stay here and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if we return to Rome.

I recently stayed at the Residenza Gregorio VII for a week during my visit to Rome. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance, including cafes, a 24-hour shop, and the Vatican just 5 minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always resolving any questions or issues instantly. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the morning conversations with the hosts over breakfast.

Had a great time sipping wine at the romantic Bistrot while pretending to be classy. And thank goodness smoking was forbidden, otherwise I would've been tempted to set the place on fire.

Couldn't find a chair to sit, had to perch on the bed like an acrobat. And the tiny wardrobe made me feel like a contortionist trying to retrieve my clothes.

The receptionist, Monica, provided jaw-dropping tips on sightseeing and dining options. We appreciated the late check-out option without any additional payments. The free street parking was a plus, and the nearby subway station and supermarkets made it super convenient. The restaurant just a 7-minute walk away was a cherry on top. our stay was simply amazing!
