We had an amazing stay at Residenza Gregorio VII. the location was excellent, right next to the train station and only a short walk to the Vatican and the historic center. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved the nearby restaurants for breakfast. a great experience.

I had a great stay at this B&B. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes away from the train station and buses to the city center. It was also only a short walk to St. Peter's Basilica. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided true Italian hospitality. The room was well-equipped, impeccably clean, and the bed was really comfortable. After a long day of walking in the city, it was wonderful to have a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this B&B as a base for your trip to Rome.

Honestly, there wasn't anything not to like about my stay here. 👍

The room was clean and modern, with fresh decor. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a peaceful atmosphere.

The bathroom was located on a different floor, which was inconvenient, especially during nighttime trips. the walls were quite thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to be easily heard.
