The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and accommodating, and even helped us carry our heavy luggage up to our room. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that could accommodate both adults and children. the hotel provided a pull-out bed without any extra charge. Another highlight of our stay was the refreshing swim we had in the pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The water pressure, which was quite weak. the faucets in our room were broken, and it was a bit of a challenge to open and close them without getting injured.

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Prescilla. The room was clean upon arrival and the cleaning staff made sure it stayed that way throughout our stay. The air conditioning kept us cool, although it was a tad noisy. The satellite TV provided a clear picture for our entertainment. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The communal kitchen on our floor was convenient, and we had our own locked cupboard to store our belongings. The pool area was clean and provided a nice spot to relax. The availability of a washing machine was a bonus. The WiFi worked flawlessly during our stay. The security measures, with a locked gate and night guard, gave us peace of mind. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. we had a pleasant experience at Villa Prescilla.
