staying at radisson individuals was a delightful experience. the room was bright and airy, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with a stunning view of the southern waterfront. the late-night room service was prompt and the delicious pizza and fish & chips arrived in under 40 minutes, showcasing exceptional service.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, always smiling and ready to help. Compared to other places I've stayed at, the service here is top-notch and the location is central to most things in the city. the room service is convenient, quick, and the meals offered are of excellent quality and value.

One thing that could be improved is the speed of service in the bar and restaurant. Sometimes it can take a while to get a drink or order food.

Convenient Meeting Facilities

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room at Grand Papua Hotel had its own independent meeting/living room with a meeting table. This was perfect for our business needs as we were able to organize meetings right in our room. It made our stay much more convenient and efficient. Highly recommended for those looking for a good room for business meetings. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent meeting facilities.

At my regular spot, staff once arranged a local taxi. Free Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, massage, game room; all I need. No pets, no smoking, air conditioning. Coming back for Christmas!

Couldn't stay longer.

We recently stayed at a hotel with a great location. It was close to Ela Beach, so we could easily take a stroll along the beautiful coastline. The hotel also had a fantastic Grand Bar where we enjoyed relaxing with drinks after a day of exploring. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. The service from the staff was outstanding, always friendly and professional. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. Plus, the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, making our stay even more unforgettable.

We did notice a slight issue with the cleanliness of the bedroom windows, which made it difficult to fully appreciate the stunning view.
