We had an excellent experience and comfort staying at this traditional Japanese hotel. The location, just a short walk from the main road, was ideal with no shortage of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and provided fresh bedding and linen. We also enjoyed the use of the hot baths and the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing directions and even calling us in a taxi when we forgot something.

The traditional Japanese experience was exceptional. the staff created a memorable new year's celebration with tea ceremonies and a delicious kaiseki dinner. the onsen added to the relaxation of the vacation and the free Wi-Fi helped us stay connected with family and friends. the hotel's central location and shuttle service to nearby attractions made it easy to get around without the need for a rental car.
