Comfortable and Restful, Marvelous Breakfast.

Early check-in experience could have been handled better. We had to wait in the lobby until our room was ready after arriving early in the morning from a long international flight.

The room was spacious enough for my partner and me to enjoy our romantic escape properly. The pool was refreshing and clean, with lounge chairs available to relax. the gym equipment was in good condition and easy to access.

It took us ages to figure out how to use it properly, and even then, the water temperature kept fluctuating. , there were no instructions on how to operate it.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs. The Spa & Wellness Centre, Infinity Pool, and Sun Terrace were all excellent. The service from the staff was outstanding and the Special Diet Menus surpassed my expectations. The room was spacious and well-designed with a beautiful view. The Restaurant and Bar had an exquisite ambiance, perfect for a romantic dinner.

Despite all the great aspects, the only downside is the location. Although it was convenient with a Shopping Mall attached, the area is quite busy and noisy.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the poolside views were preferred. Helpful guards and attentive front desk reception made check-in smooth. Housekeeping staff were great and room service had delicious food. Access to the Executive Lounge was a bonus. Amenities were fantastic and most staff were friendly and helpful.
